Title: Project Manager
Reports to: Senior Project Manager
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Agency Project Manager with pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising agency experience.
This role is for creative agency Project Managers who understand how work actually gets done through an agency - where scopes change, creative evolves, regulatory reviews happen, and priorities shift. The Project Manager drives clarity and momentum with their cross-functional teams to manage across integrated campaigns while ensuring timelines, budgets, and resourcing stay aligned as work moves forward from kickoff through final delivery. This role should have experience executing digital, print, video, and conference tactics across HCP, DTC and Patient audiences.
You may support one or more client accounts and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with selective client-facing responsibilities in partnership with the Account team. This role requires comfort operating across varying levels of complexity and pace, adapting to changing needs while maintaining organization and accountability.
Candidates must have prior advertising or marketing agency experience to be considered. This position is open to U.S.-based applicants only.

Pay Transparency: The range above represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Heller, Inc. in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. Key Responsibilities + Areas of Accountability:
- Manage agency workflows across account, creative, production, digital teams with the understanding of the pharma healthcare regulatory environment
- Own project timelines, scope of work, assumptions and financial tracking across one or more client accounts
- Lead internal status meetings and ensure teams remain aligned and on track
- Partner with Creative Leads to resource teams, balance workloads, and forecast future capacity
- Support pharmaceutical product launches from planning through execution
- Navigate regulatory review processes, surfacing risks and managing approvals
- Proactively manage scope changes, risks, and project dependencies
- Oversee vendor communication and management from briefing through PO oversight and project completion
- Partner closely with Account teams in a client-facing support role
- Ensure project management tools are used consistently and effectively to support agency workflows
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of hands-on project management experience within an advertising, digital, or pharmaceutical marketing agency (required)
- Experience managing regulated pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing deliverables; knowledge of Regulatory review processes
- Experience managing integrated campaigns, including websites, digital and print assets, online video (OLV), broadcast, emails, banners, social media, and conference materials
- Comfort with agency workflow and resourcing tools such as Smartsheet, Ziflow, or similar platforms
- Strong estimating, resourcing and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Occasional limited travel required
