Title: Project Manager
Reports to: Senior Project Manager

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager. As the Project Manager (PM), you will work directly with the agency account teams and functional departments across all channels to ensure all Client work is delivered on time and on budget. You will serve as the key point-person who understands the scope of a client engagement and will manage how work gets done within the agency. You may work on one or more Clients and manage multi-channel projects; there may be some Client-facing responsibilities as needed in support of the account team. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and help ensure all deliverables align with regulatory requirements and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities + Areas of Accountability:
  • Understand project objectives and scope, including budgetary and resource considerations.
  • Lead internal status meetings and key touchpoints to keep team focused and on track.
  • Manage multiple-project workflows and collaborate to prioritize according to client business needs and budget.
  • Oversee project tasks for assigned account(s), ensuring the workflow for a project keeps moving and any issues are surfaced and resolved.
  • Partner closely with Account team(s) in a client-facing capacity in support of the relationships they manage.
  • Accurately assess, communicate, and manage project risks, potential scope changes, and issues to supervisor
  • Develop expertise with project management tools and ensure team members are using it correctly.
  • Anticipate project risk and mitigate as needed; identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and expertise managing integrated communications deliverables including videos, websites, social media initiatives, print and broadcast
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects in a fast-paced deadline driven environment and without sacrificing quality
  • Comfortable with project planning, resourcing, and workflow routing tools such as Ziflow, Smartsheet (or similar) and concepts such as task dependencies, Gantt charts and other common concepts
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work well with all personality types, understand, and solve challenges
  • A strong work ethic that includes a “get the job done” attitude.
  • Must plan and manage time effectively to help service an agency working across multiple time zones.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience in an advertising/digital agency
  • Pharmaceutical/Healthcare agency experience desired
  • BA/BS in marketing/communications or similar area of study
  • Occasional limited travel required

Pay Transparency: The range above represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Heller, Inc. in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
